Good casino and good service

Awful customer service. Having to fight to get my withdrawal back despite providing all the correct documents they are not processing them or processing my withdrawal.

Enjoyed this company had a few bets won some and lost some, made sure account was verified first, now trying to withdraw I get payment verification required, support wanted picture of bank card and a recentvl bank statement, I have sent both of these but no response to 4 emails asking this to be completed, can login and see my balance but can't withdraw, very annoying to say the least, will update this review if something changes, but ignoring emails and taking days to get bank statement verified has me wondering! Update shelly in support fixed the problem super quick and I could them withdraw as normal, very happy!!
